Looking up Church Street and those SkyHouses are really big when you look at them this way. Over 700 apartments in the 2 towers.

Not sure this is the right thread, but here is some Armada Hoffler news:

Two single-tenant big box stores in Durham have sold for a combined price of $23.93 million. 

Virginia-based real estate investment trust Armada Hoffler (NYSE: AHH) sold its Durham Home Depot and Costco properties at the end of June. Located in the North Pointe Shopping Center, the two big box stores were sold to LLCs registered to local law office Hatch, Little & Bunn. Rita Kalimian Sakhaie of New York is the listed company official for both entities. Sakhaie operates out of the 14th floor of 600 Lexington Ave. in New York City and is linked to multiple entities dealing in real estate.

Perhaps freeing up funds to begin this project on North Tryon and 9th St?

Would be nice if that were the case but who knows?  I think this Project may not gain any traction until the 7th & Tryon Development gets under substantial construction and there’s momentum on this side of Uptown.  So could be a few more years in my un-educated guess …
