The next downtown LR high rise

There is a trade-off. Height for density and architecture. What LR needs is some kind of signature tower to make our skyline distinguishable. I also think there should be more density even if it's acheived with midrise buildings. Too much of downtown is old and run down aside from the river market. I know west of I-430 is where it's at these days but there really should be more pride in downtown. Most people I know are afraid to spend time down there. If only LR was 200,000 people larger it might be possible.
