Apparently Pinch Place is already under construction. Also, 2 more residential projects that I have not heard of [374 N Main and Front at Overton] have been proposed for the Pinch District. 374 N Main is 22 townhomes, and Front at Overton is 88 apartments and 12 townhomes. Pinch Place is 64 condos w/ ground floor retail.

It's good to see something meaningful happen in The Pinch for the first time in a long time.

Even when I lived at Uptown Square, trips to The Pinch were few and far between. Too many surface parking lots, not enough of a real neighborhood.
