R.T. My wife and I were discussing these two incidents last night and

have decided that it may not be the coincidence we thought it was.

If you didn't want me to attend the photo walk all you had to do was say so!

You did not have to take my camera. And also I would like know how much you paid

for the hit on my toes. Knowing Danny it was at lest a six pack of Bud Light.

Thank you? Mr. Rested [The hammer]Traveler. :shades::D

Dude, I do not roll that way. I was discussing it with my wife this morning and she suggested that it was bad karma.

If you're feeling up to the walk come Saturday, we'd still love to have you along with us. I don't know if we'll have enough knowledge between us all to share, but you may pick up something you can use if/when you recover your gear.

Looks like we'll have decent weather for the event - partly cloudy with highs in the 50's.

Should any of you want to continue the artistic endeavors, Upstate Forever is sponsoring an Art and Conservation Celebration at Saffron Sidewalk Cafe from 6:00 - 10:00. Cost is $25 per person. However, pre-registration is required and I don't know if we've missed the deadline.

Only three (that I know of) turned out for today's excursion: Beowulf, maninthepark, and me. Beowulf and I went on a walk through downtown, back across the Church Street Bridge, and into Falls Park to finish the afternoon while maninthepark went on to nurse his feet. Thanks for coming out again, maninthepark! Beowulf and I wound down the afternoon taking photos of guys on long boards making runs down the hill and doing back side and front side boneless and 180's off of the wall. I'm hoping one of us got a good shot of that - it was pretty cool to watch. I'm not sure if any of the photos I took turned out very well, but if they did, I'll be sure to post them.

At any rate, it was an enjoyable afternoon and I hope we can have more of these U.P. photo excursions going forward and hope that more people turn out for them. If anyone is interested in participating in one at the end of March, just let us know by replying here.
