Also set to be announced will be a 35,000 sq foot retail complex called Celanese Plaza. This will be located beside Northwoods sq. off of Celanese Rd in North Rock Hill. This will be another shopping center, I have not heard of any tenants as of yet, this could be a 'spec' property. Seems to be popular in Rock Hill lately. The land clearing has already begun.

The Greystone Station complex is almost complete on the North End of Celanese. This was a 'spec' property. I'm hearing lots of rumors for new places to eat here.
