I was afraid of this. Needless to say, the design does not seem as inspired as the original site plan.

Definitely a disappointment, the elevations, building designs and retail have all changed. They approved a day care center, putt putt and something else. I realize with the downturn in housing cutting back is necessary, but this project deserves much less prominent location, not at the corner of two major roads

It's not like they are trying to develop that area into an urban center anyway. Leave all the urban stuff to TC, that's just another empty piece of land in suburbia, nothing wrong with what they are putting there.
