The site is currently vacant. Someone made a mistake somewhere...I don't the site will be going from a vacant site to a finished building by May. Maybe it's starting construction in May. I'll dig up the rendering for this later if I have time. Speaking of the rendering, I sure hope it looks better once it's consructed than it does in the rendering!

Yeah. This project has been in the works for a while, so construction must be close (or at least I hope so). There is no way it would take a full year to build though...at least not if it is built like the renderings I've seen.
