I think this intersection has potential to be a great village center - the three other corners need to be developed in a similar fashion.

^^ That greek/italian place == Zorba's - not bad - I hope they fare better than the previous dozen restaurants in that spot - the menu is pretty diverse and the staff/service was great. As for food - only complaint was non-crisp fries - temperature too low on the fryer probably.
