Even though we have alot of surface parking lots and crappy development, our CBD as a skyline is very dense. The current trend cant last forever, but imagine how dense of a skyline we could have if the 277 loop was completely filled in? Hopefully midrise (mixed use) will fill in our 4 wards.

ps. one of those days i wish i had an expensive camera with a huge zoom lense :(

Tremendous pics. Indeed, I think our downtown will eventually be hyper-dense; especially once they start building towers ontop of the parking decks.

This one makes the city look pretty extreme.

Awesome photos... I might have some of my own to add a little later.

It is amazing how some good afternoon sunlight can make even ugly buildings look good :)

The extreme density is one of the things we all love so much about Uptown, and these pics captured that perfectly:)

Awesome pics! This will be great for the Urban Photo Contest's February competition of best density pics!

Remember this month's theme is best shot of urban streetlife.

So get out there and take some photos. I think I will extend the entry deadline until the night of the 12th (this Sunday).

Here are some of my density pics from October. It was foggy.

No I don't work on the Ave project, but I was lucky enough to get a tour of the progress a few weeks ago.

Mobuchu, are you like Spiderman to get some of your photos? From the angles that you get on some photos, you must be flying around in the air taking pictures.
