Metropolitan Condos Renovation

Another lofts type project has been proposed in KC, although this one was several months ago.

Metropolitain Condos will renovate the 14 floor Pinnacle Tower and it's nearby twin, University Tower.

Looks like a couple nice projects.

The Metropolitan Condos seem to be pretty affordable. It's good to see this, because so many of the projects these days are unaffordable for the average person. I also like the quote on their site: "Now is the time to return downtown."
