I bet Rumsfield isn't going to be making any trips to "Old Europe" anytime soon. It appears that a German court is going to try to try him on War Crimes charges. Given the death and destruction that he, the architect of the war, brought onto the world, I think he should get his day in court on this.

Even though I'd like to see Rummy crash and burn in the German court system, it will just blow over unless Germany sends out agents from their equivalent of the CIA to sneak into the US, abduct Rummy and drag him back to Germany. Love to see it happen? Yes. Likely? No.
