I remember, they even had a giant banner hanging over 59th between Camelback and Missouri. Ahh.. Good times.. Good times..

Iunno, I mean, I guess new suburban neighborhoods are more 'enviro-friendly.' But I like grass and trees. lol

And on that note, if this neighborhood didn't have the CRIME it does, I'd think it would really be an ideal option for someone that hates brown, and doesn't want an urban lifestyle.

O'Neil Pool, for those of you wondering.

For those out of state/town people, Maryvale Terrace is the GLENDALE side of Maryvale. Also built by John F Long in the fifties. Its area spans from Camelback northward, and from, iunno, 59th to 75th?
