Okay.. So, I'll go ahead and continue my suburbia pics.. Yeah. I'll start with what I took today, during a simple walk around the block.

Yes, I live here. -_-

Enjoy my mediocre photography!

Haha.. Anybody remember the "It's our town, PLEASE slow down!" thing?

I remember, they even had a giant banner hanging over 59th between Camelback and Missouri. Ahh.. Good times.. Good times..

Dumpsters.. And what appears to be 70's era stereo equipment. Lovely.

Thanks for posting these.

Nothing like those old school Phoenix neighborhoods.

Iunno, I mean, I guess new suburban neighborhoods are more 'enviro-friendly.' But I like grass and trees. lol

And on that note, if this neighborhood didn't have the CRIME it does, I'd think it would really be an ideal option for someone that hates brown, and doesn't want an urban lifestyle.

I thought I'd go ahead and continue this thread, and see if it ever gets any interest.

For those out of state/town people, Maryvale Terrace is the GLENDALE side of Maryvale. Also built by John F Long in the fifties. Its area spans from Camelback northward, and from, iunno, 59th to 75th?
