Salisbury/Concord

Greetings!

I'm looking for some advice, my fiance, has applied for some teaching jobs in the Salisbury/Concord area. I was just looking to obtain some local insights if either city is preferable due to location/homes/shopping/etc.

Any advice & guidance will definetly be appreciated!
