Tomorrow, fittingly, Black Friday marks the start of the Christmas Season.

i think that as wrong as it might be to start the christmas season before thanksgiving, it is far wronger to mark shopping on black friday as the official start. Therefore, i hereby decree, as being the oldest one who posts around here on the regular basis and therefore been thru more Christmases, that Christmas season officially starts when the dishes from Thanksgiving dinner are washed. If you're a slacker and you don't wash until tomorrow or next week, that's fine, but for everyone else, when the last dish is in the dish rack--it is time for CHRISTMAS.
