I was driving down Charlotte this morning on my way to work. I haven't been on that side of town in a while and I noticed signs up and what appeared to be an almost completed building for Costco. Does anyone know when it's supposed to open? Then to my amazement, a little bit down the road, still in the same development, I saw another being that has to be a SuperTarget. I posted something about this a while back but I don't think I got any feedback. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm sure there has to be a topic already started on this retail/office development. Any other news of other retailers coming to this area?
