However I have doubts about it and we have had another hoax like this before... (if it is a hoax)

Here is the guy's original statement:

A group of Johnson County and Texas investors are in the developmental stages of creating a major office tower in Overland Park Kansas along the College Blvd. corridor.

Discussion with several different tenants has already begun. These potential tenants include Waddell and Reed, Applebee
