Northland to try for Utopia site

It looks like Larry G has decided to try for the former Norwich Hospital site. I love Northland, but I kinda liked the idea of having a theme park and movie studios in the State...

Well if Utopia does fall through then I would be glad to see Northland do something with the parcel. Although I'm hoping Utopia can still be done.
