Major project for Clarksville?

A major project is in the very earliest stages - meaning - there is an interest from unnamed developers who are looking at land - to build a Convention Center, Sportsplex, and Hotel off exit 4.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out. Even if just the hotel and convention center parts of this proposal make it through in the end, it will be a huge leap forward in furthering the promotability of Clarksville for even more growth.

My family and I took a trip to Clarksville a couple years ago and thought it was a nice town. We went through Dunbar cave which was interesting, although the mold in the cave and the elevation caused my sinuses to freak out for about a week. Dunbar cave has a pretty interesting history.
