She looks happy (and slightly out of focus), so that's what is important! Having a pre-RBC "dated" picture from there is neat as well. That is probably the one of the best places around to pop the question.

I wanted to propose on the top of the PE II parking deck during the fireworks after the last Raleigh Downtown Alive but didn't have the ring yet... ugh. Had to "settle" for the Rose Garden.
