South Beach is fun, but I prefer the North Beach area. It is a bit quieter, but the buildings are all tall, so that makes it fun....not quite the history that South Beach has, but I like it, not to mention that it is a bit cheaper. There is a great hotel that is right on the beach that only costs $85 a night, and it is in a safe area with great restaurants right across the street. Gotta love Miami!
