The county wants to expand the Guilford County Jail in downtown Greensboro. The plan will include two jail "towers". Even though they are jails and it really does nothing for downtown revitalization. the prospect of two towers will definatly help Greensboro's skyline. Now all they have to do is build the planned 16-20 story federal courthouse nearby.
