New Modern Condo Project For Metairie...Thoughts?

There is an editorial in the Monday paper regarding this proposal. What are your thoughts on this proposal and its' location? Personally, I support the project and think it will really expedite development along Jefferson Hwy. between Ochsner and Elmwood.

I think Elmwood area would be a nice location. That sure is tall;esp. for the area. Looks like something out of Dubai. I figured Jefferson Parish becoming much more dense would have more vertical projects. Very impressive. Thanks for posting this rendering.

I love the design, but seems too large for that area. I'd support it, but man... $350M... that's more than the Trump project.

I don't know where Jefferson Highway is,but man those tower are awesome! They look like they came from the Middle East. How about you take the one on the left and I take the one on the right.
