Nashville Utilities, Auto Insurance, and Health Insurance Costs

Does anyone know anything about utility costs out there in Kingston Springs? I've noticed that a lot of the homes in TN list electric heat and only a few list gas - we have mostly natural gas heated homes here in CA - is electric more expensive than gas? Is one better than the other for any reason? Again, thanks for all the great info!!!

Also, what does the average car insurance cost? Health Insurance?

Hey Hankster!! You speak of the low rates for Electrical, so I'm just wondering... A home at around 2000 square feet down in Florida will have an electric bill in the 175-200.00 a month range (with the AC running 24/7).... do you have any idea how much it would be up there??
