Upgrades Planned for Liberty Plaza

has anybody read the full article from this week's bizjournal? years ago when Spectrum properties owned the building, they had plans for new restaurants, a clock tower, permanent outdoor kiosks, and a new crown. Im not sure if Atlantic Coast has the same plan or just simple interior renovations.

please post if you have read what they plan to do to the building.

Atlantic Coast Commercial has signed multiple tenants, including the Forsyth County Department of Health's finance and administration division, to leases at Liberty Plaza downtown and is planning upgrades to the building in 2007. This property is really a diamond in the rough, with the large plaza it get really be a shining gem in the downtown W-S area. Hopefully they can get some retail on the lower floors!

The Secret Garden Restaurant 3rd and Liberty!

Smitty's notes reports that a fine dining restaurant is coming to Liberty Plaza in the former register of deeds space. the restaurant will also have a 12th floor bar!

i saw pics of Moby's Coffee shop at Liberty Plaza on another website. Looks like a nice place to chill and get some treats. Plus I believe they have music and other activities there every now and then. It is a Christian based operation.
