That is eight out of twelve announced. Hen Dough Chicken and Donuts, Greenville Beer Exchange, Rocky Moo, Mercado Cantina, al Taglio Roman Style Pizza, KO Burger and Fries, West End Coffee, and Saki Saki.  This is supposed to open this fall, so when will we start to see this come together?

I believe it’s mostly pre-fab construction being assembled off-site, should arrive late and come together fairly quickly

True. It is all being made out of shipping containers so it will probably be quicker than most jobs.  Pretty excited to see this evolve.

When are we ever going to get a mid-tier general merchandise store downtown, like a regular department store (other than Mast, which is a “quaint” one) or Target?

I’ve been saying for years that despite downtown’s retail resurrection, there is still an unmet need for regular mid-tier day-to-day retail there.  People who used to shop at McAlister Square and downtown department stores are still there.

If Staples leaves, there would be space in McBee Station for a small one.

What’s going in the old Miso’s location next to Crepe du Jour? Contractor sign on the window.

Cornerstone now open in this spot: https://cornerstoneminerals.com/

Bijou Dental Spa now open on Augusta next to Smiley’s.

Fire Forge and Yee Haw breweries now open.

Site grading permit issued today. This and Westone should really help add to the city’s tax base due to all of the tenants.

Excellent. I'm very interested to see how this turns out.  It sounds like this will be a hit, but I wish it was some how connected to Main Street and the ball field better.
