The Lost Cajun to open at the former Wus Cajun Sea Food in downtown. Glad to see someone other than Bottle Cap Group  opening there.

Looks like Mary Beth’s will be closing downtown within the next year. 

#ComingSoon - Rockoon Climbing, a new rock climbing and bouldering gym, will go into an existing space in downtown Greenville (location to be announced) + is planned to open in spring 2019. You can currently sign up at therockoon.com for a Founding Membership to help get the gym *off the ground.*

This place is okay. Was pretty crowded Saturday night.  They are still working out the kinks service wise, but the fried seafood is good and the selection of Abita beers on draft is enough for anyone from Louisiana to appreciate.

Word on the street is that Wild Wing Cafe has closed. For them to close suddenly like this tells me something is planned for this location. Money talks

Idk...One of them closed in the past month in Mount Pleasant, too.

I doubt that Washington Street location will remain vacant long, whether anything is already in the works or not.  Barley's could probably expand successfully into that space.  Wild Wing Cafe is more a Haywood Road/Woodruff Road (suburban mall) kind of place, in my opinion.  If the store adjacent to the cinemas closes, that would be a surprise.
