Muskegon group wants sustainable future

Sustainability key to communities' success

If a Muskegon coalition of business, government and institutions is successful, crime will be reduced, employment will be up and natural areas will be protected.

Those are among the lofty goals set out by a newly organized Muskegon Area Sustainability Coalition. The coalition's formation was announced Friday morning at the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce's Early Bird Breakfast.
