Friday morning the pavement grinders will be at Heritage Square Townhome to remove the blacktop. Finally all those reams of paper have been approved and the Townhomes are moving forward.

It's been a while since I've posted so here is an update.

I like how they seem to be keeping the old trees.

Well it looks like visible progress is good for sale!

At the moment there are no plans to remove the trees. Under the present schedule by the end of September one unit will be finished.

I go up on the roof every few days to get pictures. I take between six to eight pictures daily each one from the same spot.

Update from Sunday:

I thought this might be of interest. As you see in the picture, this construction is a two story townhouse. In the foreground is the basement of a three story townhouse with ground level entrance. This three story unit will be about five feet or so higher than the two story unit. This will give you an idea of the difference between the 2 and 3 story units.

The second unit. I really like the small arched windows I'm guessing are for the bathroom.

The third unit was being framed out on the first floor as of the last week of January. (Sorry, I neglected to bring a camera with me). It's probably totally enclosed now.
