West End Nashville neighborhoods 4/3/04

West End is the hip neighborhood of Nashville, mostly comprised of hipsters, yuppies, and what-not. However it has a mix, so it isn't entirely that.

These are photos from our 4/3/04 forum meet along with a complimentary map. DallasTexan, me, Lexy, and Uncle Dave met up for a day in the city.

A nice eatery and little urban strip area near 20th.

Belmont University is in West End, the skyline view from the parking garage at the hill is nice

Loews Vanderbilt Hotel on West End Ave

Musica, the new figure on the Music Row Roundabout. You have to drive around it several times to enjoy it.

And who can forget Vanderbilt, the heart of West End; along with the commie towers that make up their dorm life.

West End has a lot of buildings from the modern era.
