Colorado Springs lost its second police officer in the line of duty in just the last year a week ago yesterday. Officer Ken Jordan's funeral was held yesterday, and followed by a 15-mile procession from where the services were held to the Police Operations Center downtown. Southbound Interstate 25 was closed through central Colorado Springs during the procession.

Local blogger Mike Coletta posted some pictures of the procession. It was really quite an amazing sight.
