Here are some webshots I've gathered over time of downtown Charlotte with a bonus! The first shot was taken minutes ago and is Air Force One sitting at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport as the President is in town today.

Yeah, it's rarely captured! It's from UNCC in northeast Charlotte!

Yeah, you can spy on all the construction workers - tons of fun. I was looking on it earlier today and saw the crane swinging around transporting some materials up the building, looks like they've topped out, now for the glass!

It is, I was looking for some webcams from charlotte to see if I could see what was going on with the Avenue, I could'nt find it but I did get a direct link to this cam.

Yes, this is the same camera that is linked from the arena site.

avenue wouldn't be in this webcam, as this cam can only view 1st and 2nd wards.

Yeah, not really knowing how the construction works is funny to me because i usually pull the webcam up throughout the day and it really appears like the workers have no idea what they are doing. One minute they are all huddled in one area and it looks like they are going to progress in that area and then the next, they are on the completely different side doing something. I know that they really do know what they are doing but I find it humorous. It would seem they would stick with one thing at a time or spread out in different areas better.

I wonder how expensive construction webcams run, because um yea, trademark really needs one, its terrible not being in charlotte, and not being able to know where all of the things are at one time

This thread might be more interesting if we included all webcams in the area. Otherwise it isn't going to last long I predict.
