One of the oldest apartment complexes in Texarkana could soon be recognized as a historic building. Mullins Courts is 12 unit complex built in 1928 that is undergoing restoration for eventual re opening to tenant occupancy. Earlier this month, the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program's state review board nominated the building for placement on the National Register of Historic Places.
