Texarkana, Ark. has sent the final application for a $1.5 million dollar grant that would help fund a main road through property being developed around the Sportsplex/Arena. about 40 acres of land are to be developed alongside the complex. I had a friend come visit from Texarkana today. While we were out with our wives Christmas shopping, we talked a bit about this project. I really hope the grant goes through. Minton's Sportsplex will be a great addition to TXK.
