Nashville's population

They adjusted the population fo Nashville several months back to 607,000, but this has not shown up in any of the stats as of yet.

This is from january of this year and on this thread.

"Channel 5 reported at 4 pm that the population of Nashville is now 607,000. It was revised up 30,000 form the 2005 estimate. I could not fine the link but at least we know we are passed 600,000."

Yep, Spring Hill has been all over the news about the growth there. Oakland, outside of Memphis somewhere, is the only Tennessee city growing faster. Neither seems to be slowing down any.

I believe that's the Davidson County population estimates. Aren't there something like 50K-60K who do not live in Metro Nashville?
