A group of citizen in Chelsea advocate 'smart growth'

A small group of citizens named Chelsea Citizens for Responsible Growth that have been advocating more control of the growth in Chelsea and its surrounding areas. They are saying that just because growth will bring more convenience via more retailers and restaurants doesn't mean it will make Chelsea a better place. They want the city council and mayor to realized that they Chelsea shouldn't become a apart of the nightmare just a few miles north in along U.S. 280 in Inverness, Brook Highland in extreme North Shelby County.

I must give them kudos for trying because Lord knows that U.S. 280 is not want any area should strive to be just for convenience of retailers and restaurants.
