Should city invest $100 Million more into sewage system upgrades

The things I learned from this article:

1. Human waste is a great fertilizer (somewhat obvious statement, but then why haven't we been using it?).

2. A new type of toilet from Sweden seems to make human waste more profitable and eco-friendly.

3. Sitting down makes you "a homosexual" (my favorite).

I would rather see them spend the funds on that light rail project. After all Lansing's s%&t is still going to flow down the Grand at a rate ten times that of ours.
