Has anyone else noticed how clean the new owners of the Capitol Center have made it? The cleaners on the hanging scaffold have gone over it many times. I mean it has been going on for weeks. The coloring of those two buildings together is exquisite.

Wouldn't it be nice if the area around Eau Claire's former Town Hall could be redeveloped into a more dense urban neighborhood? I always kinda thought maybe it was like that in the past but it had been torn down and replaced with what's currently in the area.
