City Park, I think it's called, the development where the Budget and Control Board was formerly, across from the State Museum. While it could be considered part of Innovista's masterplan area, it's a project in and of itself that looks to be about 1/3 complete. And it was planned and is being constructed with or without Innovista.

what about that development thing off of Garners Ferry that is supposed to add like 3,000+ people to the city. any news on that?
