Summer @ White Station property?

Some construction is finally underway, does anyone know what is going in at the former Kmart property?

I'd read that it was going to be a strip center, but what they are doing doesn't look like it.

I go by there everyday and I am tired of those strip centers. Such and eyesore and so close to the highway too. If West Memphis can do it I don't see why we cant just ban these places. Anyway I'm glad they finally destroyed the chinese restraunt and I hope they do something with the old Kmart.

I saw on another site that there is going to be a Big Lots, a dollar store, and Northern Tools, as well as some others in a strip center. Sounds pretty low end if this is true.
