Funny season names

In New England the locals say there are five seasons:

Summer - Fall - Winter - Mud and Spring

In Houston there are two seasons:

Summer and August

Southern CA has two seasons:

Spring and Summer

In Mchigan, there are two seasons. Winter and Construction. In, Winter you can't get around because of the fowl weather and any time other than winter you still can't get around because all the roads are closed due to construction.

We have almost winter, winter, still winter, and road construction.

Summer lasts from July 25th to August 3rd. Book early, we fill up fast

We have spring, summer, and fall all packed into May-September, and then we have 7 months of winter. And I'm not kidding. The grass is barely green on May 1st and there isn't a leaf in sight by Sept. 30th.
