Thanks for the correction on the location of the previous shot. And yeah, this one is at Meeting and Queen.

And since it's after midnight, I can post today's contribution :) :

When was that taken, Krazee? Is that post-renovation? It looks the same.

I haven't looked close up or inside City Hall since the scaffolding came down, though, so I'm sure I'll be quite impressed with the renovation.

Not much activity here in the Charleston thread, where is everyone?

Oh well, I was updating My Flickr page w/ pictures over the last few months, and figured I'd add some to this thread to see if we can get it going again.

Charleston/South Carolina is so beautiful...I've gotten so little sleep 'cause there's too much to see and do...Finally eating a breakfast on Meeting Street in place called Toast...I was not supposed to be in Charleston til after next week/Thanksgiving, but I am early due to a problem with my MacBook...and Charleston has the only Apple Store here. I love Charleston.

Dude, great pictures. Where is that burt out old church?

not sure which old church you mean? unless you're referring to the Old City Jail at the foot of Magazine Street across from an housing project in the middle of Million dollar homes...? It seems Charleston no longer has an off-season. I was expecting the city to be quieter & less crowded this time of year. However, it's all good! I so love hearing the toll of St Philip's church bells here...And I think heard St John's today...
