I've always liked that street too. Definitely one of Spartanburg's hidden gems.

The original plan was to have branding on the blank space between the storefront and the 2nd floor windows.  Not sure if that's still planned.

As for the Broad Street side, that's the entrance for the 3rd business in the building: the Magnolia Grand Event Center.  I think its first event may be the One Spartanburg thing on February 25.  A neon / art-deco blade sign was originally planned for that side.
