My family has been in 'Lizella' since the Georgia Land Lottery of 1832 and I suspect we'll be here for a lot longer. No one is a huge fan of development, but people can see it coming. As long as they dont hollow out a 50 acre farm and put 100 houses on it, i'm ok with that. Moon seems to generally have 1 acre lots, which is a nice size and not to dense. The guy in the article said it best, it is God's county and I hope it stays that way.

I personally don't think that Lizella is the final frontier. the eastside is highly under developed and seems to be an ignored section of this county.
