George Hincapie: A future developer?

Interesting article in the Jan/Feb issue of GO magazine. They interviewed George Hincapie. One of the questions concerned his life after he retires from cycling. His answer was to "probably spend more time with the clothing company" AND the other part of his answer was "We're also in the early stages of a 300 acre development in the mountains close by. It's going to be a kind of cycling, triathlon, running, health & fitness oriented community." He goes on to say it will have organized riding and nutrition camps. Per his answer, the development is in the early stages and 2 to 3 years off.

Anybody heard about this?

What a boost for the area (both in people moving here and in tourism) this would have, along with the Gary Player development.
