I still can't get over the density. When you see it everyday from ground level you don't realize. This should put to rest the notion that downtown Greenville is only Main Street.

Hey urbanphotosguy: I'm curious...did you just happen to fly by Greenville between Charlotte and Atlanta, notice the skyline, and ask to do a flyover OR was Greenville an intended subject before you visited? Hopefully the City of Greenville will contact you regarding licensing some of your photos for use on their web site. These are amazing. Every time I look at them, I'm blown away by the density that this little city has.

I actually sent the website with these aerials to Jim Bourey who is the city manager of Greenville. Hopefully they'll decide to use some of them for something.

Not to answer for urbanphotosguy, but I remember hearing sometime last year that he was planning to visit Greenville for a shoot.

If the City of Greenville turns down such an incredible marketing opportunity, I'll be shocked.

As excellent as urbanphotosguy's aerials are, it will be hard to top the skyline shot currently on the greatergreenville.com front page. I think it looks great also!

They could update the shot, which would include the 6-story Elliott Davis building. It'd give it more of an urban and denser feel.

Just so you know, I didn't come on here to "advertise", I was only backing up my prices as somebody pointed them out as being high.

I was there photographing several projects in the area like the freeway corridor and some projects in Spartansburg.

Again, great town, I wish I had time for some good ground shots, maybe next time. I'm sure I will be back.

I've been looking through some of urbanphotosguy's other photos, and I have to say WOW!!!! I particularly like this one.

It's a joy to see one of our big three so beautifully represented in such photos, especially with Table Rock and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background.
