Tower Investments has eye on more property in Sobro

Tower Investments ready to close on another parcel in Sobro. The company already has the Big River building on the corner of 2nd and Broadway and the parcel right behind the Country Music Hall of Fame. The lot in question sits just south of the GEC. According to the NBJ this company does not sit on properties for a long term investment but brings investment to an area. They are also supporting the new CC. Of coarse they will own a substantial amount of the property involved if it is built.

Tower also owns Merchant's restaurant and the 411 Broadway building which I think is the one in which they're building out a piano bar. From what I hear they're a great family of buyers from California and are very excited about Nashville's future.

Ahhh, so these are the guys who own the area behind the Hall Of Fame. I knew this wasn't turning into a parking lot for the Hampton
