Plans have been released for Two Arts Plaza which will be located in the Dallas Arts District at Woodall Rogers Freeway and Routh Street. Two Arts will be 18-stories tall and contain a total of 442,000 sf of office space. Tenants are curently being sought and a timetable for construction has yet to be set.

This project will be located adjacent One Arts Plaza which is currently under construction and is scheduled to be complete later this year. The 24-story One Arts Plaza will house 60 condominium units, 30,000 sf of retail space, and 425,000 sf of office space. 7-Eleven will move their headquarters to this building when it is complete.
