I love skyscrapers and the urban fabric of the downtown core but the surrounding neighborhoods are my first love. I will make a few more of these threads in time of the differnt neighborhoods around Nashville. This is my first camera so I'm new at this and it was a gloomy day but here you are.

Great pictures! I've been up to see the Dream Inc. modern homes, and marvelled at them and the fabulous view of downtown from the hill they're sitting on. I took the liberty to revise your post so that everyone could view the pictures a little easier. I hope you don't mind.

The wires do detract from the view. I talked with a man not long ago who lived in one of the Dream houses and he said the neighbors are thinking about getting together and paying the cost of burying the lines in their area. I don't know how that's going, but seems the right thing to do. Better yet, I won't have to pay for it.

I do agree with you two but for some strange reason I kinda like it. I dont know much about architecture but I think it looks kinda cool. But that being said, if I had the money that they are gonna ask on this house I would definitely buy somethinge else.

They are actually in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood but Nevada Heights is the name dreaminc gave the development of the soon to be 13 lofts. Looks like the next one they are going to build will be sitting right on top of the Nevada avenue hill. Now that one will definitely have the best view of them all.
