A sign has just appeared in front of the Hilltop Apartments on 18th Ave South (near intersection of 18th and Wedgewood) indicating that it's sold. Does anyone know what is planned?

*(Personally, I think it's an attractive older apartment building and hope it won't be destroyed. The Cambridge--just a few doors down--is being renovated)
