Latest news on arena talks with Pens

Evidently Plan B isn't very appealing to the Pens, despite the fact that they are being offered a share in development rights of the lower Hill. They are also being offered, if I am not mistaken, ALL revenue from the new arena, including from non-hockey events.

Frankly I think it sounds like a great deal and I am getting quite irritated with the Pens at this point. It seems like nothing will satisfy them.

It IS a great deal. I honestly don't think that this is anything more than posturing. A deal of this magnitude isn't settled in two meetings.

I hope this is true. The Pens belong in Pittsburgh, and they've been offered a very nice deal. I would love to see it finalized so we can all stop wondering.
